Erika and Anthony hosted a bohemian summer wedding at The Gatekeeper’s Museum in Tahoe City. To honor their love of the great outdoors, the couple incorporated nature-inspired elements like wildflowers and wood into their decor. Honoring the couple’s affinity for fly fishing, the cutting cake was topped with two rainbow trout—kissing, of course.
To honor their love of the great outdoors, the couple incorporated nature-inspired elements like wildflowers and wood into their decor. “We knew we wanted it to be casual but still charming and classic,” Erika says. When it came to flowers, Erika wanted everything “bright and wild.” Bouquets of violet, burgundy and peach blooms added some vibrant color to the open-air venue, which showcased the lake as the backdrop for the ceremony.
The watercolor signs were effortless in tying the event together – and check out this adorable cake topper!
