We are currently interviewing for our Wedding Photo Editor position on our editing team. The position includes culling and post-processing weddings. The candidate must have at least 2 years wedding editing experience with RAW files in Lightroom. You must have the ability to adapt to our company editing style and identically replicate it. We are looking for a smart, efficient Editor who is responsive and a quick learner. REMINDER: Must have previous wedding editing experience.
Requirements:
1. Lightroom Classic for Creative Cloud
2. Mac Computer screen larger than 17 inches (No PC's)
3. Extremely fast internet
4. 2 yrs wedding editing experience <-- Required
5. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Job Description:
Editing remotely via FTP after a training period over Zoom. We have hard drives we will prove you to work from. You will be culling/reducing down from 3,000-4,000 images to 600-1,000 images and then processing these with our Lightroom Presets (Mac-specific) for brightness/color temperature/etc. Detailed retouching work (cloning) is very minor. The work primarily culling and exposure adjustments. Starting with one wedding per month and progressing to 2-3 weddings per month. This is a contractor position. Our average experienced editors make $25-50/hr from the comfort of their own home. We pay a flat rate per wedding based upon experience.
