Glamorous White Wedding in DTLA

Christina and Andrew tied the knot in an elevated springtime wedding in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, wrapped in a timeless white design. When we first met with them, right away Christina shared how excited she was for her wedding photos. She envisioned a lot of white candles and white flowers for a super romantic, sexy look. We love using natural light in a dark venue. The moody-romantic vibes in low-light are our jam.

The ceremony was a floral dream, with a handcrafted rectangular arch by Dolce Fiore taking center stage. Cascading lighting displays bathed the space in a soft glow, adding a grandiose touch to the ceremony backdrop.

One of our favorite moments was the reveal of the reception dining room by their coordinator, the couple’s candid reactions were amazing!

The florals seamlessly transitioned into the reception, adorning everything from the all-white blooming tabletop arrangements to the sweetheart table, creating a floral fantasy for the couple. Dee Lee of Dee Lee Designs orchestrated the day’s regal and sophisticated monochromatic design. The reception decor stayed true to the theme, with gold cutlery and chargers adding a pop of glitz. Their venue choice, the Majestic Downtown, perfectly honored their love for history and elegance. This iconic location, known for its unique architecture and extravagant features like original marble floors and columns, has also been a backdrop for big Southern California Hollywood hits such as Bridesmaids and The Dark Knight. We love photographing their wedding with a romantic touch.

Christina and Andrew spent the evening surrounded by loved ones, later changing into outfits that paid homage to their family culture.

As the night drew to a close at the Majestic Downtown, the celebration continued with late-night jams at the Pharaoh Karaoke Lounge, making for an unforgettable night.
